Job Opening: Purchase Manager – Civil Division

Location: Mathura
Experience: 5+ years in civil purchase and site procurement
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials
• Vendor development and negotiation
• Maintain inventory and cost control
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Prepare purchase orders and reports

• Strong knowledge of civil materials and market rates
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems preferred

• Serving as a liaison Officer specifically,  between governing boards, healthcare staff and department managers, Administrative & District Healthcare Officers.
• Documentation related to Hospital approvals and Compliance Management.  
• Ensure the smooth operations of all departments within the hospital
• Ensure the smooth flow of all patient services and facilities
• Ensure efficient operations of hospital’s accounting and budgeting systems

• Prepare and analyze financial records, statements, and reports for healthcare organizations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards
• Monitor and review accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare tax returns and ensure that the organization is compliant with all tax laws
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial stability of the healthcare organization
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial forecasts to assist in decision-making
• Work closely with healthcare administrators to review costs and enhance financial efficiency
• Manage payroll, billing, and collection activities
