Key Responsibilities

1. Eye Examination & Diagnosis

• Conduct vision tests and eye examinations to identify refractive errors (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, etc.).

• Perform detailed eye assessments using instruments such as retinoscope, auto-refractometer, slit lamp, tonometer, and lensometer.

• Diagnose basic eye conditions such as dry eyes and infections, and refer complex or critical cases to ophthalmologists.

2. Prescription & Optical Support

• Prescribe appropriate spectacles or contact lenses based on examination results.

• Guide patients on lens types, frame selection, and lens coatings.

• Adjust, fit, and repair eyewear when required.

Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Rama Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate IPD/OPD bills, procedure bills, and final settlements as per hospital norms.

• Verify patient documents, treatment details, doctor orders, and service charges to ensure correct billing.

• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments for billing updates and clarifications.

• Ensure proper posting of charges for investigations, procedures, services, and consumables.

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes and maintain daily cash reports.

• Manage TPA/Insurance billing including pre-authorization, approvals, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in hospital billing (OPD/IPD/TPA) preferred.
