A free health check-up camp was successfully organized on April 5, 2026, in Gijhod Village, Sector 53, Noida, under the guidance of former village head Mr. Suresh Sharma and Mrs. Sunita Sharma. The initiative, led by Rama Hospital Noida, aimed to provide accessible and quality healthcare services to the local community.
The camp witnessed an encouraging turnout, with over 150 residents from Gijhod and nearby areas benefiting from free medical consultations and health screenings. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Nawab Singh Nagar, former minister and senior BJP leader, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his address, he highlighted the significance of such healthcare initiatives in strengthening access to medical services in semi-urban and rural communities.
The camp was also attended by several distinguished guests and social contributors, including Mr. Purushottam Nagar, Uttar Pradesh Congress Secretary, and noted social worker Mr. Mangla Nand Tiwari, along with members of various community groups who supported the initiative.
A dedicated team of medical professionals, including Dr. Poonam Saini and Dr. Shruti Sharma, along with the administrative staff of Rama Hospital, ensured efficient consultations, accurate diagnosis, and proper medical guidance for all attendees.
