This year, Rama Group of Hospitals celebrated its women workforce in a truly meaningful and heartfelt way.
Over 500 women employees—including doctors, professors, residents, and operations staff—received personalised letters of appreciation, each carefully crafted to recognise their individual journeys. What might seem like a simple gesture was, in fact, a deeply intentional and thoughtful initiative.
The objective was clear: to honour the silent sacrifices, daily challenges, and unwavering dedication that women bring—both in their professional roles and personal lives. The message was simple yet powerful:
“We see you. We value you. And we thank you.”
To make this celebration genuinely personal, over 300 women employees were interviewed to understand:
- Their daily routines
- Challenges at work and at home
- The balance they strive to maintain every single day
These insights formed the foundation for crafting highly personalised thank-you messages, ensuring that each letter felt authentic and relatable. Every woman also received a curated gift basket along with her letter—turning appreciation into a tangible and memorable experience.
This initiative was more than a celebration; it was a statement of empathy, respect, and recognition—honouring the strength, resilience, and invaluable contribution of the women who form the backbone of Rama Group of Hospitals.
