Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials
- Vendor development and negotiation
- Maintain inventory and cost control
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Prepare purchase orders and reports
- Strong knowledge of civil materials and market rates
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems preferred
