KeyResponsibilities:

• Transcribe medical reports, patient case notes, and correspondence accurately from dictated or written sources.
• Maintain and organize patient records, files, and departmental documentation.
• Assist in data entry, report generation, and maintaining registers as per hospital standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive patient and hospital data.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for timely record updates and report submissions.
• Support general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and documentation as required.
• Adhere to hospital policies, record-keeping protocols, and documentation standards.

Qualifications& Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in English, Office Administration, or Medical Transcription).

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize creative campaigns and promotional content.
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital ads.
• Develop branded templates and maintain design consistency across all materials.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for social media and promotional use.
• Stay up to date with design trends, digital media standards, and healthcare branding best practices.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for production of marketing materials.

Qualifications& Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (healthcare or service industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
